At The Tranquil Rooms we are totally committed to you. Our aim is to ensure that the treatments are carried out professionally and to the highest of standards. We endeavor to keep a calm and tranquil environment where clients can come to relax and take a little well deserved time out to themselves. This, together with wax pots and electrical machines is an unsuitable environment for children.

Out of consideration for all concerned please switch off mobile phones while in The Tranquil Rooms.

Confidentiality is always guaranteed.

 

Gift vouchers are available and valid for 12 months from the date of issue (since 6 July 2020).

 

Gift vouchers are non refundable non transferable and cannot be exchanged.

 

Please treat your voucher as you would cash. We accept no responsibility to replace lost or stolen vouchers. Goods and services cannot be taken without possession of the actual voucher.

All courses are to be paid for in advance and are valid for 6 months. Courses are non transferable and non refundable.

All offers are only valid for the date stated and can't be transferred or exchanged.

 

You will be asked when making an appointment for credit card details.

 

Appointments cancelled before 24 hours will not be charged.

 

Cancellations within 24 hours or failing to turn up will be charged at full price – a courtesy phone call is all that it takes to avoid charges.
